Black Stars forward, Iñaki Williams has excused himself from Ghana’s upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar.
The Athletic Club striker on his social media platform stated that he had been carrying an injury for a while and believes it is the time to treat it than represent Ghana in the qualifiers.

Williams hit double figures in goals (10) in the just ended La Liga season and complimented it with three assists.
The forward is however yet to score a goal for the Black Stars of Ghana.
Ghana will play Madagascar on June 18, 2023.
