Medeama Sporting Club head coach Nebojsa Kapor is very happy with his players after they delivered an important win over Bibiani Gold Stars.

The Mauve and Yellow beat Gold Stars 2-0 to hand the latter side its first loss of the 2024-2025 Ghana Premier League season.

Forwards Derrick Fordjour and Kingsley Braye scored for Medeama in the second and 76th minute respectively to give Medeama its fifth win in 11 games.

Speaking in a post-game interview after the win at the TNA Stadium, Kapor was impressed his team got the job done over one of the most impressive teams in the early part of the campaign.

“I am very happy my players understood well what I wanted to involve in our tactic how we can play a little bit easier on the field this is something what we really did well…I am happy our players understood this. This is good for motivation for all of us…also like I said we did excellent and this is what is the most important.”
