Mohammed Kudus won’t go for the same selling price as Brazilian winger Antony should Manchester United pick up its interest in the Ghanaian midfielder.

This is according to Dutch Journalist Mike Verweij as transfer rumours continue to circle around the Ajax Amsterdam player who has been connected to another English Premier League side, Brighton and Hove Albion.

Kudus played for two seasons under Man United head coach Erik Ten Hag during the latter’s time at Ajax that had the pair win two Eredivisie titles in arrow.

Aside Man United and Brighton, Everton and German side Borussia Dortmund are reportedly interested in acquiring the former Nordsjaelland player’s signature.

De Telegraaf’s Verweij stated this on the Kick Off podcast at a time when Ajax is on the verge of selling defender Jurrien Timber to Arsenal.

According to the Dutch Journalist, Ajaxi is holding out of 45 million Euros; Antony was sold to Man United for 100 million Euros.

Vermeij

“Brighton are the most serious. But if Manchester United become serious about Kudus, then Erik ten Hag can do great things for his former club again just like when he bought Antony for €100m (£86.5m). Kudus won’t go for the same price but his price would surely go up” according to Vermeij.
