The Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) has officially announced the appointment of Chefs de Mission (CDMs) for a series of upcoming international multi-sport competitions between 2025 and 2026.
The appointed CDMs will be responsible for leading the Ghanaian delegation, ensuring the welfare and well-being of athletes, officials, and support staff during the Games. They will also champion the promotion of Olympic and Commonwealth sport values alongside Ghanaian culture throughout these events.
A total of five individuals have been named to take up various roles across different international platforms:

Mr. Michael Ntow Ayeh – Africa School Games in Algeria (26th July – 5th August 2025)

Mr. Bawah Fuseini – Africa Youth Games in Angola (December 2025)

Mr. Mohammed Mahadi – Winter Olympic Games in Italy (6th – 22nd February 2026)

Mr. Ernest Danso – Commonwealth Games in Scotland (23rd July – 2nd August 2026)

Mr. Evans Kojo Yeboah – Youth Olympic Games in Senegal (30th October – 13th November 2026)
The GOC expressed confidence that the appointed Chefs de Mission will excel in their roles, offering leadership, guidance, and support to the teams as they pursue success on the international stage.
