Ahead of Ghana’s National Men’s Football Team’s friendly game against South Korea on Tuesday, November 18 at 10:00 GMT, the South Korean Ambassador to Ghana, His Excellency Park Kyongsig, has described the South Korean National Team captain as an “excellent player”.
He made this comment in an exclusive interview with Channel One Sports ahead of the game which comes after Ghana’s 2-0 loss to Japan in another friendly tie.
The two nations faced off in the 2022 FIFA World Cup that had Ghana beat South Korea 3-2 and after commenting on the diversification of sports in the Asian country, Park Kyongsig added that, (Click highlighted text to read full story)
“Sports is also one of the most important pillars of the exchange of our feelings together. Although I am an ambassador, I think each one of our soccer players are also an ambassador of the Korean culture, Korean sports.”

“I highly admire all the national players…Everybody knows Son Heung-min. I highly admire his play, he is an excellent soccer player” he said.
