Houston Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr. has signed a lucrative contract extension with the franchise.

The 24-year-old has agreed to a three-year, $150 million deal, including $134 million guaranteed, according to NFL Network.

The agreement also includes a no-trade clause, giving the former University of Alabama standout the power to veto any potential move.

Anderson elevated his performances in the playoffs, recording 3.5 sacks, two tackles for loss, and three forced fumbles across three games.

Selected third overall in the 2023 NFL Draft, he still has two years remaining on his rookie contract. The extension follows another outstanding season, where he finished second in voting for the NFL Defensive Player of the Year award in 2025.

In 17 regular-season games, Anderson posted 12 sacks, 20 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and a touchdown.
