For the fourth year in a row, Al-Nassr striker Cristiano Ronaldo has topped the Forbes list of the world’s richest athletes.
The Portuguese football star topped the prestigious list for the sixth time overall in his career matching basketball icon Michael Jordan’s feat.
Golf icon Tiger Woods holds the record after topping the list from 2002 to 2013; Ronaldo first topped the list in 2016 and 2017 during him time at Real Madrid.
Accounting for his football salary, endorsement deals and financial windfalls from other ventures, Ronaldo made $300 million in the year under review to pace all athletes.
The Forbes release comes on the back of Ronaldo winning the Saudi Pro League title for the first time since joining the club three seasons ago.

Ronaldo scored twice in Al-Nassr’s 4-1 win over DAMAC Club to seal Al-Nassr’s win which was the club’s 20th League title.
