Barça Atlètic have completed the permanent signing of Ghanaian winger Abdul Aziz Issah from Dreams FC, handing the 20-year-old a two-year contract that will keep him at the club until June 30, 2028.
The agreement includes an option for Barcelona to extend the deal by an additional year until 2029.
The transfer was officially completed in the presence of Barcelona’s Director of Youth Football, Jose Ramon Alexanko, marking another important step in the youngster’s development.
Issah initially arrived in Spain on a developmental loan from Dreams FC in the summer of 2024. After a slow start, the winger impressed during the latter stages of his spell with Barça Atlètic under coach Juliano Belletti, finishing the campaign with four goals.

His performances convinced the Catalan giants to activate a permanent move, rewarding the Ghana youth international’s progress.
Barcelona president Joan Laporta has previously indicated that Issah will continue to be integrated into the club’s first-team environment during pre-season under head coach Hansi Flick, giving the youngster an opportunity to push for a breakthrough at senior level.
The move represents another major milestone for the former Dreams FC winger, who now looks set to continue his development within one of Europe’s most renowned football academies while chasing a place in Barcelona’s first team.
