French winger Bradley Barcola has officially joined English Premier League side Liverpool from French side Paris Saint-Germain. (Scroll down to watch video )
The soon to be 24 year old joined the Reds from PSG 123 million pounds with his contract expected to end in 2031.
Barcola recently featured for France at the 2026 FIFA World Cup where he scored three goals and added an assist in eight games as France finished fourth.
Barcola starred for Olympique Lyonnais before securing a move to PSG where he won three French League titles, two French Cup titles and two UEFA Champions League titles.
He joins a Liverpool squad that is without French striker Hugo Ekitike and had club legend Mohamed Salah depart for Turkish side Trabzonspor this offseason.
Speaking after joining the 2024-2025 EPL Champions, Barcola highlighted the extensive period it took to seal the move.
“It took a long time but I’m really happy today to be able to play for Liverpool and all I want is to be on the pitch and be able to play.”
“I hope to achieve very big things. First of all, winning the Premier League – it’s one of my biggest dreams in my life.”
“It is to do that and to stay in this team in the long term – that’s why I signed a long contract – and I hope I can do it” Barcola said in his first official interview with Liverpool.
