FC Barcelona midfielder Frenkie De Jong has signed a contract extension with the club and has gone on to state that he wants his time with Barcelona to continue for many more years.
He said this after signing the extension that runs till 2029 with the new contract details set to keep the Dutch international around beyond his present deal that was set to end at the end of this season.
De Jong has won two La Liga titles and two Copa Del Rey titles since moving from Ajax Amsterdam to Barcelona in the 2019-2020 season.

However, De Jong, who has an assist in eight games played in all competitions this season, is delighted to continue his stay with Barcelona.

“I want this dream to continue for many more years” and “to extend it as much as possible and added that “very comfortable with everyone” and is “motivated by the good spell the team is good through” in an official interview with Barcelona media.
