In the letter, Professor stated that three companies, PGS, Quality Media Production S.L and The Production Room (PTR), were responsible for the technical production of the 13th African Games that took place from March 8 to March 23.
However, he added in the letter that, “GBC was the official broadcaster but not responsible for the technical production of the Games. The technical production was outsourced as GBC did not have the equipment to produce the Games.”
