League One side Port Vale will travel to face Premier League giants Chelsea in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup following the draw for the last eight.

Port Vale, the lowest-ranked team remaining in the competition, earned their place in the quarter-finals after a shock victory over Sunderland.

Their reward is a difficult trip to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea in what will be their first competitive meeting since 1929.

Elsewhere, a blockbuster tie awaits as defending champions Manchester City host Liverpool in one of the standout fixtures of the round.

In another intriguing clash, Championship side Southampton will welcome record 14-time FA Cup winners Arsenal.
