Senegal held a 2-0 lead against Belgium in the round of 32 stage but suffered a late collapse to lose 3-2 at the end of extra time.
Reacting to Abdoulaye Fall’s claims over his qualification, Dr. Abdourahmane Fedior spoke extensively about his medical background that had him serve as President of the Medical Commission of the Senegalese Cycling Federation, Head of the Medical Commission of the Senegalese Handball Federation.

“I was truly outraged by the statement of the president of the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF). Why? Because all the falsehoods he put forward deeply surprised me. When a person is not sure of what they are saying, they should first go and find out for themselves.”
