Officials of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) were seen testing the device to ensure smooth operation on Friday during the game.
The first leg encounter is scheduled to kick off at 19:30GMT on Friday 25th March, 2022, with the return leg set for Abuja four days later.
Success over two legs will guarantee the winner one of Africa’s five slots at the World Cup to be hosted in Qatar later this year.
