British born Ghanaian footballer Caleb Billy Mawuko Kporha has described his debut competitive start for Crystal Palace as a “good moment”.
He said this in an interview with Palace media after The Eagles lost 3-2 to Arsenal in the quarterfinals of the Carabao Cup at the Emirates Stadium.
Kporha started the game and played out the entire first half before getting substituted at half time in a move Palace manager Oliver Glasner said he took to protect the 18 year old from potentially getting sent off. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

“It was a good moment for me and a joy to play against one of the best teams in the world… it was a really good experience for me. The message [from manager Oliver Glasner] to me was just to keep working hard and get more minutes” Kporha said.

Palace take on Arsenal in the EPL on December 21 at 15:00 GMT.
